With the launch of this new program, your District's staff will now get immediate access to Registered Nurses that specialize in workplace injuries.
CAPRI’s Telephonic Nurse Triage will assist by:
- Evaluating the Urgency of Situation
- Coordinating Medical Care for the employee
- Generating initial Report of Injury
- Distributing Reports both to and from the Provider
With medical care just a phone call away, Nurse Triage will be able to identify the appropriate level of care needed for the injured worker, start and then facilitate referrals to the appropriate provider location all in a matter of minutes, as well generate initial reports of the injury.
Please keep an eye out for new posters mailed to your District office with instructions as to how to use this great new service!
