Monica joined CAPRI in 2020 with over 12 years’ experience in risk pooling insurance from her time at CAPRI’s excess insurer, PRISM. She is well versed in the administrative side of risk pooling, including managing underwriting functions and the annual renewal process, as well as claims handling from initial claim reporting through file closure. She has a B.A. in Mathematics from Southern New Hampshire University. 

As an RRCA Level 1 certified running coach, Monica enjoys coaching new and experienced runners. When she's not running, she enjoys spending time with family and getting outdoors to go paddle boarding and hiking.
